What is WildTangent?
We’re a games company! We distribute video games for both PC’s and Android mobile devices. We also offer a WildClub membership that gives you WildCoins each month which you can use to play games or purchase games from the site.


What are WildCoins? How are they used?
WildCoins are WildTangent’s digital currency which can be used to play or purchase games. You can use WildCoins (1-8) to play games on a per session basis; this is much like going to an arcade and using quarters. WildCoins can also be used to purchase games.


What is the WildClub membership?
The WildClub membership grants you certain benefits that would otherwise not be available. For a monthly price, WildTangent will deposit a certain amount of WildCoins into your WildTangent account. This charge occurs once a month automatically, however you may add additional WildCoins to your account as you wish. Check out the additional benefits of joining the WildClub below for more information.


How do the pricing or billing options work for the WildClub?
When you go to purchase a game, there will be different options showing various prices. The difference in pricing is based on how many WildCoins you want each month when enrolling into the WildClub. Any of the discounted prices will include an automatic enrollment into the WildClub.

WildTangent includes phrasing on those discounted offers such as ‘You get 50 WildCoins every month for $6.99 per month (minimum 6 months)’ to help reduce confusion that it is an on-going membership.


What if I wanted to cancel my WildClub membership?
You may cancel your membership anytime on either the My Account section of the Games App or website, or by contacting WildTangent directly.


If I want to buy a game, do I have to join the WildClub?
No. On the bottom of each game purchase page, there is an option to buy the Game Only. Buying games this way is a 1-time purchase for the full price of the game, and will not enroll you into the WildClub.


What are the benefits of joining the WildClub?
#1 reason is cost savings. You can buy most games at the regular price for $19.99. Or, you can buy 50 WildCoins for $6.99, then trade those 50 WildCoins in to purchase that same game. Being able to use WildCoins is how WildTangent is able to give such great discounts.

#2 benefit is having the ability to play games your way. Being able to use WildCoins to play games on a per session basis, means that you aren’t forced to buy a game in order to finish it. You can beat a game spending less than you would if you had purchased it. Then you can use the remaining WildCoins to play other games.

#3 are ownership credits. If you use WildCoins to play per session then later decide that you want to own the game, any WildCoins spent will lower the purchase price of that game. So your WildCoins (and money) are NEVER wasted.
For example: Plants vs Zombies sells for 50 WildCoins. If you spent 30 WildCoins playing it, to then purchase the game would now cost you 20 WildCoins.

#4 benefit is that your account and WildCoins work for both the PC Games App AND your Android mobile device. The games on Android cost less, and there are hundreds of games to choose from.


How do I know if joining the WildClub is right for me?
If you only want to buy a single game and never look at other games, you would be better off choosing the 1-time option.

If you enjoy playing and having access to 1000’s of games, not be forced into purchasing games, and want to make the most out of your money, you would benefit greatly in joining the WildClub.
