OK, I know there are a lot of answered questions on the forum regarding buying games. I have been a member for several years; every month, like clockwork, 6.99 gets debited for 50 WildCoins. But when I try to buy a game, I get the same window everyone else gets that says "Buy", click on it, and I am presented with the option of purchasing a WildCoin plan, which I already have. And, yes, I am signed in. If I click on the link that offers the game for 19.99, I am asked for a credit card. If I can't use my WildCoins to purchase games, this is just a waste of money to me as most gaming sites have at least a one-time free trail option. Guidance, please?

If you have used all your coins playing games then you would have to buy more coins to purchase a game. If you still have enough coins and still can't get the option to buy with coins then you need to email support for help.
Try to get screen shots and send them along in your email.
