I have been plaing these games for a VERY long time,however in the last mth I cannot seem to play them offlline, (it says you have no internet connection) this has become very annoying as I dont always have access to do so..I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps ,...Once I have connected push play THEN I can go offline and play...is anyone else having the same problem,or can help thx in advance..

Sounds like your antivirus has updated and is blockng WT games.

You should contact support for help with this.

In addition to checking the antivirus software, you may also want to make sure that your firewall is not blocking our service, as it can cause problems playing games offline as well.

Is the fact that I'm playing offline, why I can't find a way on Zombies to buy the special tool the caretaker keeps popping up and saying. If you have enough points he will sell me. He says 750 I have 1400???

I can find no where to buy any thing, I have clicked all over him.

I can download the games fine..however when i go to play them offline its says i must be connected to the internet.(never had to b4) someone suggested my firewall may be blocking them,BUT if this was so ,i wouldnt be able to download them in the first place ..am I right ? not comp savvy lol......so any help would GREATLY be appreciated..thx

I merged your topics since they are about the same problem. The advise I gave you still stands. You need to email support for help.

I would add to Faded Glory's advice by suggesting you request an Admin change your username. Using your email address as a username can lead to nothing but an increase in Spam email.
