I've been really busy because of college but I'm sure I'll find spare time to complete my current projects - some of them already dead, like the pokemon mod and the nordic realm, the last one is now been merged with this project.

A Fairy Mod, that's it. I will post more screenshots of my work later.

At the moment, I've made a few new monsters (you know some of them I think)

I've been experimenting with a painting program so I'm working on my own textures.

I'm really focused on making a bunch of new monsters so the main part of this mod will be all new monsters, so you can hope to see fairies, gnomes, elves, treants, dragons, unicorns and some other mythological creatures from the nordic folklore.

For those who have no idea about this mod, this is a kind of merge among several projects, including the nordic realm and some camelot updates mainly.

If you need an experienced graphics artist I could be of assistance, perhaps send me a pm with a sample creature you'd like a sprite for (With the sprite sheet being labeled as to what goes where or something along those lines) and I can send you samples, I'd gladly help you free of charge and do alot of different styles of art and I'm willing to do large amounts of art aswell, I've been a part in many projects such as indie game dev's having me make there are or making texturepacks for games!

Feel free to send me that pm, and ofcourse if you don't like my work I don't "have to" make the art for you but I'm sure that goes without saying.

I have enough concept art and tools to create textures and so, but thanks anyway!

About my progress: there's a feature that you will see in this mod: NPC Titles! they are done but I can't post a few because I'm not in my pc.

Could you send me that wolf npc? I would love to texture it, just for fun you have my word I wouldn't release it, or even use it for that matter.

Maybe you copuld do a similar mod, a Final Fantasy like armours and mods. or Legend of Dragoons instead? ;)

That would be nice, but all concepts and story are already done, I'm just working on the "raw material" (npcs, items, monsters, etc).

So have you modded 'Traxex' into 'Fate form' for this mod yet ?? :lol: ***why am I even asking, when I reckon that might have been where you got the idea for the realm... I hope there's a realm eventually... I should be able to play Fate games again by Christmas, I hope ... *** :P B)

I didn't think that, really :lol: But it's a nice idea... Traxex could be a realm quest-giver, maybe.

And yes, this mod includes a Realm ;) I'm just burning my neurons about how will that realm be named, lol.

It's a medieval-fantasy town with some fairies and elves around and a big tree in the downtown.

You could base the realm around the Celtic Tree of Life and if you want I could post one of my designs of it ... you could use the design as a splashscreen or something if you wanted... or I could design you a completely new one (as the one I'd be posting is destined to be my bedroom rugs... :D ).

Here's an idea, I'm sure you'll reject but hopefully you'll consider it.
You know how your character has TWO weapon selection slot for altering between weapons.
And each way/ method of fighting has a 'weakness' of sorts.
Like Magic users for example, need distance from the action and when taking hits,
it's usually pretty hard ones as they are not made for close quarters fights, and generally
when a monster get within a certain distance it's difficult to run and fight cause you have
only a small window in which to attack.. Once before the monster will beable to follow through with
it's attack and hit you before you move again.. So in each area have a spot/ place where the monsters
attack and/or move at faster speeds to make things harder on spell casters (Summoners).
Also characters who use bows are in a similar boat but they have usually if not always better defense then a
Magic user.
Each method of fighting has it's own weakness. Have a part/ point in each dungeon where the weakness of each
style of fighting is exploited. No game-- That I know of does that. It will require a little more out of your
players. And a little unexspected challenge but probably a fun one.

(Even with my job I STILL have WAY TOO much free time lmao...)

Hmm.. I like it... and since all "dungeons" in this mod are going to be "town hunting areas" there's no problem to recreate your idea :lol:

I've got an idea.. yes, I want to finish this mod, and I want to update Camelot as well and give some hints from the nordic realm idea, so...

What if I merge all those ideas in 1 mod? I've finished some stuff here and there and I think I can use that to update Camelot, with extra content (easter eggs if you want to give it a name)

What do you think about? :mellow:

Unfortunately, I'm really busy at the moment - but I post here a few updates about my WIP.

Beside High Elves, I'm planning to add 2 more races... Here's a first preview of Night Elves and a Troll.
