Game Keeps Loading And Start New Every Time

I purchased Cities XL 2012 last week.
Since then it keeps starting to download all the time.

Everytime it downloads 100% it starts new. Absolutely furious as I'd like to start playing the game as I have paid for it, too.

Tried to contact support, keeps going as error, email couldnt be sent (this is via the support page)

Whats going on????

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your game. Usually such problems are related to your local hardware and/or software setup. Unfortunately, we cannot always resolve problems like that on the forum because of the many different things could lead to such problems, so you must contact Customer Support directly.

Click on the SUPPORT button above and send an email to Customer Support. To contact Customer Service, you will have to create a new account. The username/password database for your forum account is different from your Customer Service Account and your Wildcoins Account. You may use the same username and password if you wish, you just have to create a new account. Faded Glory has posted an excellent visual tutorial on "How to Email Support".

When they receive the email, they will immediately reply with a 12 digit confirmation number to verify they are working on your problem. If you don't get a reply quickly, they never received your email. It doesn't usually take too long to arrive at a satisfactory solution.

There is a Troubleshooting Fate topic that gives some good information about what to send with the email.

It should most definitely not download everytime that you play it. The most common cause for this type of problem is that some security software is removing some files that the game needs in order to operate.

When the game attempts to load, it realizes that the game is not complete and so it re-downloads. I would make sure, first, that some security program or disk cleanup utility is not deleting or quarantining game files.

If that doesn't solve the problem, let us know and we will continue to work with you.

I would like to send an email to support but its asking me for a digit number which i havent got. I only have the numbers and letters seperated with a dash and it more than 16 digits.

i have disabled my firewall and i have also disabled my anti virus stuff so it should really download especially since i can download all other games from wildtangent.

I wish I could play the game but I cannot even get to that stage.

i'd like to have a proper resolve to my problem as I'd like to play this game, thank you very much.

again, it keeps installing - downloading - whatever and then when it hits the 100% it starts new.

Resolvment, please.

Additionally, some of our unlock codes will not fit in the box that asks for it. It is ok to leave that box empty when emailing support.
