If you already have the Games App, but are having trouble, then we suggest that you reinstall the Games App.
To reinstall the Games App, please use the instructions below:

1) In Windows, go to Start, Settings, and open the Control Panel
2) Open the Add or Remove Programs Icon (XP) or the Programs and Features Icon (Vista and Windows 7)
3) Select WildGames or WildTangent Games (**Please note, this folder may share its name with your computer manufacturer. HPGames, DellGames, GatewayGames, etc.**)
4) Click the Change/Remove button
5) Check the Games App to be reinstalled.
6) Click Next and accept the uninstallation.

Next, restart your computer.

Once that step is complete, please go to our website to download the new Games App from http://www.wildtangent.com/GamesApp.
