Awesome! As soon as I post Camelot I'll download and play.

For other players: this mod is very easy to install and fun to play, and you don't need another computer with CK installed. Just move your mods out of the REALMS folder and back-up any mods you have anywhere else, then run the installer. After you've played HL just reinstall CK and your mods. It's really no big fuss at all.

Ok I've set Camelot aside and installed this bad boy.

The town is stunning heron - absolutely first rate! I'll make comments as I play through it but just one question right now. Is the splash screen music something you want to keep or is it just a placeholder? It's actually a great choice - it sets exactly the right tone for the game.

I need to write a lot more dungeon music so that it doesn't get monotonous - since you spend most of the time in the dungeons. I'll do that over the Christmas break, and I'll put together a little shop theme as well.

Appreciate the feedback! Yes any new addition will be great!
The next build will be significant. Loads of dat editing and the return of all the weapons-armors-gems! And more!

Ok I'll have to give the new version a spin. The armors may make a difference because the game-play was rather unbalanced. (I know it's just a start though.)

The first few dungeons were too easy - just picking off slow zombies. Starting with a knife or shortsword would make it more challenging as you'd have to get close enough for the zombies to hit back. Then when you acquired the gun you could use that. Getting the shotgun made sense because it increased your damage abilities for loser-level play.

But I don't know why you coded the AK47 and Peacemaker with negative attack bonuses - it makes them unusable. I used the shotgun to the end of the game and put all my skill points there. I put all my other points into vitality to counteract the HP drain obviously.

Willie was a tough battle and I had to retreat a few times but the Zombie King has WAAAY too much HP for the character level I acquired by depth 11. After going back to town no less than 6 times for health potions and perishing 3 times I gave up, modded the shotgun with a bazillion damage and blew his rotted brains out in one shot.

The running undead are good - they make the dungeons more challenging and exciting.

Hmm, I just uploaded your Beta 2. Any chance you can repackage it with everything it should have so I only need to have a single file?

What I'm referring to is your reload.zip download in post #17. If that is not necessary, then you may disregard my comment.
