Hp Game Console Installing And Downloading Problem

Problem is that after a update the game console seems not wanting to finalize the game I got was { Fate The Traitor's soul } and seems to pop up with [ Error 1-1027 ] when trying to install things now I tried to remove and then install the game console back to my computer by the Hp game website and then [ Error 1-1027 ] and now it won't install the game console back. Did I not remove all files is there a problem with my computer type [Pavilion dv7] please help I would love to be able to play the game I got without problems like this by the way the game fate the traitors soul would not finalize before the update but there was no error 1-1027 message.

If that doesn't help you will need to contact support.
Click the Support tab at the top of the page.
Then click EMAIL SUPPORT. Fill in all the required info and when you get the window asking you to log in or create an account, you will have to create an account with support. You can use the same username and password you use for the forum. You can not contact support through your wildcoin/purchase or forum accounts.
As soon as they receive your email, you will receive an email back with a 12 digit reference number. Some one will get back to you as soon as they can.
When you find the solution please come back here and post it as it may help someone else with the same problem.

this is the problem does anyone know what this is and how to fix it.
it will not let me reinstall Hp game console and it will not let me install games on it.
I have (Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security) does that affect downloads and things
