How Do I Cancel My Wildcoins Plan?

To change or cancel your WildCoins plan:

1. Visit www.wildtangent.com and click on "My Account" at the top of the page.

You will need to sign in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can choose to have it reset and sent to the email address on file by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link. Please note, this is not the same as your forum account password.



2. Once signed in, you are directed to the "Your Account" page. Under the sub-heading WildCoins, click on the "Change Plan" link to the right of WildCoins Plan Type. If you do not see this option to change your plan, double check the email address you signed in with. It may be possible that your membership is attached to a second email.



3. Click to Cancel your plan. If you have not fulfilled the minimum commitment on your subscription, you will be required to purchase the remaining months, and will be taken through the purchase process.



4. You will receive an automated cancellation confirmation email once your cancellation is complete. Please retain this message for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please submit a request via our support system here.

Cancellation is an automatic process. If you wish to confirm your cancellation, you may return to this screen at your convenience and verify that it says "Sign Up" to the right of WildCoins Plan Type.
