i jus now 2 secs. ago bought the 40 wildcoins pulled up my favorite game (star defender2) click the coin so i can play and it jumps to thank you for playin star defender 2 i then tried again same thing one more try again same thing ...i want to play my game its why i bought the coins sumone plz tell me what im supposed to do ive read everything on help and support ive played on here more than one person should have and what i want are my 3 coins so far that ive lost back and whatever screw up happens that follows this email bc i am gonna try again to play and im sure ill loose my coins ....but i will get my money back and never play here again !

In this case I would suggest you use the yellow envelop above and send it a request. We can get into more detail and see what’s going on.

why cant i get a simple anwser all i want to do is play the dang game ...ive told everything i know to tell you i click play watch the coin drop and then it jus takes me to the thank you for playin screen as well as everytime i do this it takes a coin away ...IVE NOT PLAYED ! SINGLE GAME !

I know its frustrating but I don’t think this is something we can solve with a simple "hey reinstall your game". In any case we would like to have more information about the issue as well as gather information about your computer. Something we can do much more efficiently if you submit a request for assistance.

aight well i go to the yellow envelope (i assume you mean the support tab)and i see nothing about sendin a request

There are three easy steps to submit a request to customer support.
1. Click the "Support" icon above
2. Look for and click the drop down menu that says "E-mail Support"
3. Click "Submit a new issue"
You will then be prompted to enter some basic information so we can process your request. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

I was just about to buy 40 coins right now, looking for an extra deal or coupon, I stumbled upon your comments....hmmm....maybe I should wait awhile. Thank
