I have been playing all FATE games for about 3 yrs now. I recently re-purchased FATE and installed and imported my character to FATE TS. Since I have the reknown of Unattainable I now kill all monsters with ease. My problem is with the Town of Typhon. I cant seem to get below Lvl 41 to complete this quest so that I can do the Master Quest. Also since I now have over 2 billion in GP my money has started counting backwards. Does anyone else seem to be having such a problem?

Yes, your problem with Typhon is that you have the older version of Fate that had a bug that prevented you from receiving the quest items in Typhon. There is an update out that fixes this known bug. From what I have read, after you install the update, you would need to restart the Typhon dungeon from level 1 to find the items.

As for the Gold, you have exceeded the magic number. You can still spend your gold on anything other than Fame (which you don't need because you are already unattainable). If you continue to acquire gold, you can eventually get to the point where you go back to having 0.

You can spend lots of gold trying to enchant your gear (and your pet's gear) with the enchanters in both towns. And you can also buy and sell back at a loss some big-ticket items at the gambler. Do these a bunch of times to get your gold under control, and only keep any stuff out of the loot that you intend to use yourself. In the main FTS thread, maybe page 19 or 20, Heron has a post that has a link to the newest version, v 459. You have to uninstall the current game (the uninstall program will ask you if you want to save your saved games), and then install the new version. Go to the Temple to see how many items are missing. Then simply walk down to level 1 of Typhon. If there are any items present, you will get the usual announcement of a heroic presence. Fastest way is to use mental map as you reach each level. No announcement, take the fastest route to the stairs down. Would guess you might go a max of 20 or so levels down before retrieving the last item. Then DON't portal up, or you will lose your existing portal to Level 41. Walk up. You have mentally mapped each level as you went, so it shouldn't be all that long.

This is one situation where the Realm Portal Charms may be useful. I had the charm, went down looking for the last item, found it and used the Portal Charm to return to town. My Town Portal remained in place the entire time giving me access to the lowest level.
