Everytime i play a game it keeps going to the buy now screen, it says play as long as you like.. has that policy changed? because it is playing as long as the games likes, i cannot get through the game.. what is wrong?

I wonder if this is a symptom of what we are seeing in the Torchlight Demo?

Perhaps there is more wrong 'under the hood' than we dare imagine!

This happens to me, too. I am waiting for an answer as to why this happens so much of the time.

If a game is closing while you are playing this is a technical issue. There are a number of reasons why this may be happening and to be sure we can address the issue effectively, please contact our Support team at your earliest convenience.

Also, our games have a limited number of free trials (usually two). After the free trials have been used, you can continue to play the game with WildCoins or by purchasing an unlock code. If your free trials were interrupted, I am sorry, and I recommend working with our Support team to be sure the underlying issues are addressed and the same issue does not impact any games you play in the future.

Even when I use a coin to play a game, after about and hour or so it cuts me off. I think that is just a scam by you guys to get us to keep using up our wildcoins and buying more. Cheapskates!

The free trials that i download. i think are demos. and i had been cut off from the downloaded free trials. So that is what happened with me. And it is always with one single coin. and i can't complete the games that i get cut off from.
