Lately when I start a new game (which is free) I will start to play and about 1 hr. to 1 1/2 hrs. into the game it kicks me off. After a coulple of times with that it then goes into the mode where I play with the coins I have paid for and it will do the same thing. I just started the game Escape to Paradise 2, I played the free games, it kept knocking me off. I then went into my account paid for some coins, went back to play the game and played for about an hour, it kicked me off. I need to know what I can do to get this to stop, or is there something you can do. I feel that if I pay for the session it says play for as long as you want that I should be able to do so. Could you please help me in this matter. Thank you in advance.

The same thing happened to me! I've used both of my free plays now and I used my coins once. I thought it was a display issue at first since I had it full screen and it required my settings to change but I tried it by setting my display settings to the resolution it would change to before opening the game and then the last time I tried it I played the game in window mode but the same thing occurred again about an hour or so into the game it would just crash. Does anyone know why it's doing this and if I can get my coins and free plays back?

This is soooo frustrating!! I posted a note last nite about this issue, I start playing the free game, and part way into the game about an hr to hr and a half I get kicked off. Then when I finish playing the free games (which is in very short order) I try to play with the coins that I have bought, it kicks me off. Now since I wrote the post last nite I went back in to play my game and in approximately 30 minutes into the game it kicks me off plus lost the game I was playing and had to start over, it did that twice, needless to say I quit play, tired of loosing game and coins. Could someone let us know what is going on. Would appreciate any ideas and help. Thank you in advance.

This has been going on for along time,they won't reply to you. I've posted more then one message about this problem,and gotten no answers.I'm thinking "class action suit" anybody know a good lawyer?

Are you sure you are getting the support ticket through? Do you get an incident number?

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any Mods active in any section of the Fora except the Fate section. I just sent an email to Joe R requesting his input here though. He has been quite responsive in the past ...
