just read the copious material for modding fate UR, nothing has changed. I wrote up a tutorial on drop-n-play structure in FUR just read the stickies.
The only thing that has changed, is the realms.dat if you are creating a realm and that is a simple change: <HAS_REALM_QUEST>: has changed to a [QUEST] section in the realms.dat. The other is <TYPE>:BACK if you want to make a back item.
If you read the FUR tutorials, you'll see it's no different.
