when i try to play some games i get this message... "access to this game is blocked possibly due to windows parental controll settings or to file security settings. if you need to access the game, check your file security settings or ask permission from the person who set up windows parental controls for this game."

okay there is no parental controls active either on wt orb OR my computer so im getting really frustrated because some game work and some i get this stupid message! help!!!!!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. The issue you are describing, contrary to the information in the error message, is related to the security software installed on your computer.

If you adjust the settings of your security software and include our games on your list of allowed programs this issue should go away.

If you need help configuring your security software, please contact the manufacturer directly. We can give you very general information, but the security software manufacturer will always be your best resource for properly configuring their product.

Yeah thanks i figured out that trend micro was blocking now i just gotta figure out how to add them to the alloed list tongue.gif
