I honestly think its much better to learn than to ask people to make you things. There are many helpful tutorials on here, to get you started. We have a nice active-friendly communtiy, so if you were to get stuck ask your questions here at "Modding Discussion and Support". You may notice some helpful tutorial sticky threads at the top of the page. Also an important note, not many of the modders right now are as skilled as those before. Probably the only modder capable of doing this mod efficiently would be Heron. However, he is already tied up with other projects.

Perhaps you could be a successful modder if attempted. Good luck, and enjoy your stay at the forums.

Theres always alternatives. Perhaps collaborating with another modder? Someone else could do the modeling and you could do the textures?
