Recently, some of my quests have consisted of retrieving special items. On two occasions, I found them, but they were 'out of reach' - not within the walls of the dungeon, but slightly outside. I cancelled them as I couldn't see a way to get them. The third time I had a retrieval, the item was just not there. I went round and round twice, looking for it in case I had missed it. Any ideas why this happens? Or what I can do if it happens again. Thanks.

Thanks. I read this and if it happens again will try the time out/respawning thing.
