I was thinking that it'd be cool if people did a screen shot of their character when they are loading a saved game, as that is the best close up we get and they usually look pretty cool.

That would look cool but would not be considered "Fan Art". I am going to move these two posts to another topic so you can see how successful you are in getting such screenshots. It's worth a try anyway.
