When I try to download Jane's Zoo, I get a pop up from my virus protection saying "A Trojan Hourse Was Found!". Well I click that it takes no action and then it finishes downloading and finalizing and then I try to play it and it says Access Blocked due to Parental Settings or File security settings. I really don't think it's Parental Settings because I don't have any on my computer or the console because it's my laptop and no one else uses it.

I've tried uninstall and reinstalling and when the virus protection pops up, I do what the virus protection recommends it to do (which is "move to chest") and then I try to play it and it says "The system cannot find the file specified".
