please help i am having problems playing all games on hp games console. i can download the games fine but when i go to play them they wont play. please help its getting very frushtrating

Do you have TrendMicro Antivirus? It has a funny way of killing all my latest games when I try to run them. Some of the older ones work, but the newer ones don't run. I have to disable the anti-V in order to run the games... I tried contacting support at TrendMicro but no response... lame... :frustrated with TrendMicro:

no I dont have that anti virus...but thank you.
I am currently run vista and I am not computer savey
Whenever I download my games seventy percent of the games gave me an error message. Game did not properly install please reinstall. How do I reinstall my games? 
could anyone help me out on nancy drew blackmoore manor been stuck for 3 days
It's quite weird but TRENDMICRO has history on blocking some games :-)
