Sorry, I can't help. But I was hoping someone else could help, because I have the same sort of problem. My problem is with "El Tigre Festival de la Pinatas." My son tries to play the game, and I think I have been charged with playing the game, but he has never actually played the game. I think he plays El Tigre from a different website or on a computer with windows XP, so I know it works, I just can't get it to work on my laptop from WildTangent .
I have Vista (32 bit) also. I have just downloaded Windows 7 (32 bit), but the game still does not play.
I recently bought the game with a discount from WildTangent, so I know he tries to play it, I just can't get it to work now. I get the same error: "There was an error. The game could not be started." I have downloaded the game three times and downloaded the WildTangent Orb Game Console twice, and I still get the same message. I don't think I have problems with any other games.
Please help. Thanks.
