Full Version: Can't Login To Game Console

I am trying to access my account in the game console but i can't login.. it says "Invalid Credentials" but i am entering my correct email and password... i can't even unlock the game that i bought just now.. refunding would be my last option but i really want to play the game. please help moderators..

Like I was saying it my last post, I think it's a problem with your firewall,
Are you online when your trying to sign in?

Look at the bottom left hand of the game console, Does it say your online?

yup. i am always online when i try logging in and unlocking the game. i have something in mind and i will be posting the result after. hope it works.

UPDATE!!

i allowed all applications of wildtangent console and games through the firewall but it still doesn't work.
i logged in using safemode with networking but it also doesn't work.

i'm using Avast and AVG as my antivirus and i am using vista home basic 32bit

Try changing your password, I had to a few times, It was to big or some thing.

i have changed my password but still i can't login.. unlocking is not working also.

i have allowed port 80 and 443 on the firewall but still its not working..

I have been experiencing similar problems using Vista 32bit, Norton Anti-Virus 2008, and the new
Internet Explorer 8. I have determined that there are conflicts with IE8 and NAV 2008. I too have
taken all known steps to Clear the Firewall. The problems are definitely associated with Firewall
blocking, but do not show in any logs.

I am ONLINE prior to attempting to LOGIN. Usually the LOGIN attempt reverts to the original LOGIN
SCREEN, but on occasion a LOGIN is SUCCESSFUL; however, when "LOGGED IN" the Console will
immediately show an OFFLINE Status.

Symantec has a free upgrade to their 2009 Product for the balance of certain 2008 Product subscriptions,
which may conflict with IE8. That will be my next approach, followed by removal and re-installation
of all GAMES and the CONSOLE. I have experienced on more than one occasion that the automatic
CONSOLE upgrades have not executed properly or that they may not execute. I have worked on both
XP and VISTA machines and all have had various difficulties. rolleyes.gif
