We've been trying to play 7 wonders of the ancient world. Each time we load the game we get this error message, "The IStream* object does not contain data supported by the loading object."

I've lost 20 wild coins. We've tried rebooting the computer, we've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. We've defraged the computer.

Questions:

1. How can I fix this error so I can play the game.
2. How can I get my 20 lost wild coins back?
