I really like the idea of being able to try out games before purchasing to see if you like it well enought to play often. So thanks for that.

One thing that is a bother is when the games stop or won't load. For instance:

Sometimes Jane's Hotel kicks me out and I haven't been playing 24 hours straight, nor did I leave for more than 15 minutes.... so I end up playing a little bit of time for my coins.

Another is that I played several sessions of Hell's Kitchen and now it will not load. It acts as though we are loading but the doors remain closed....

My computer is only 3 months old so it should not be the problem. Any words of advise, please. Thanks!
