Now that I have been able to jump through all hoops and penetrate this Fort Knox of a site, I was wondering why,when I download and consent,and verification is accomplished,the whole thing just disappears. I can't find the game anywhere,there is no desktop icon,and it doesn't show on the download manager. Or maybe it's just not worth bothering with now. But does anyone have any answer? I can't even get through to Customer Support. Thanks. P..S. Is there anyone at home at all?

hi this is probably a stupid answer but have you tried the main site? and checked the my games tab?
it took me awhile to figure it out so...good luck. this really is a good game site i play all the time now.

Well you know, I have come to this game site for years and am a member,but the last few days have had me tearing my hair out. It takes forever and I give up trying after fifteen minutes of waiting. I can try getting in any way I can think of, but it's the same no matter what. I know it's not my computer. I try to sign in first. Oh well. Thanks for being there.

The game isn't downloading, is that right? Meaning you can't find it anywhere in your program files or on a search of your hard drive or anything?

If you normally access your games through the Orb interface, have you tried using the web interface to find it? Or vice versa?

Are you playing through a purchase of the entire game or just through wildcoins?

I am no expert but I can see if I can help you track it down!

I finally went to Big Fish games to get it,and the same thing seemed to happen.The procedure seems to have been changed. The problem with Wild Tangent is that I can't get in anymore. I have been a member for years ,but haven't gone there for quite some time.But I got Shutter Island squared away,though,on Big Fish.Thanks.
