Console Won't Download Or Work |

The game console came as a pre-installed software on my 3 year old Dell computer. It was working fine until one day it quit and I cannot open the console at all. I have tried scanning, uninstalling, etc and to no avail. My grandkids are really missing being able to access their games..Any advice to get it back? My system restore doesn't go back far enough to catch a time when it worked..

Have you looked in the General Help forum? There are a couple of topics in there that may apply:

I have removed it off of every computer i own, which is 5 Pc's and 3 laptops because immediately afterdownload and install absolutly no game will load but amazingly enough right after i remove it off of my computer the games run. If it is not working on any of your PCs your best option is to contact our support team directly so that we can specifically troubleshoot this issue. |

This same thing happened to me. My console worked fine then one day I clicked the icon on my desktop as usual and the update message came up. I clicked the update now button, it started it's thing, then it disappeared and never came back....even the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. After that, every time I tried to open the console, I'd click on the icon and get an hourglass for about 10 seconds. Then THAT would disappear and the console would never show up. I uninstalled the console and reinstalled it, but the same thing happened again. I uninstalled and reinstalled again and still had the same problem. I've left it alone for a few weeks and today, I tried the console and it magically worked. This happened once before about a year or so ago and then I left it alone and it eventually took it's finger out and started working again. I don't think it's a glitch with my computer as it will work fine for months and then there's suddenly a problem. Plus, there seem to be a lot of people with all sorts of systems and setups having the same probs.
Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is: Keep trying, you may be like me and just as one day it was working and the next day it wasn't, you may find it working suddenly after days or weeks of it not working.

Well, it worked for a day anyway. It's now at it again. Just tried to open the bloody console today and it gives me the hourglass for less than 2 seconds and then it goes away and nothing happens. Annoying. I used to use this console every day but in the last few months, I hardly ever use it....mainly because it won't LET me open the thing. Don't know how much I'm going to be using these games anymore. Too many problems that I never used to have.
