Wild Coin Problem Options

I m newbie here. But i have already read throught the FAQs etc but this is not resolving my problem. I have also email support but they directed me to read the FAQs again. Well I have done tht already!!

My problem is:

I bought 50 coins (first time buying, casual pack), online account shows it in among my purchases but....when i try to play any game or transfer few coins to my computer....it says "insufficient coins" even wen i enter 10 or 2 coins i am getting the same msg.

I have checked firewall setting everything else as needed but its not helping me. Even turning off firewall and trying to get the coins....didnt work.

I cant play any game with the coins i have purchased

I have windows 7 home premium (64-bit), WildTangent came installed on my laptop. I havent had any problem getting online through my game console or with playing any of the games so far. Please help.

It's my understanding that you must be logged into your account before you can do anything with the online coins ...

I am having the exact same problem. I'm online but the console continuely shows me offline. I think i will dump "Wild tangent site, Too many problems here and I no longer trust this site.

Virtual Villagers 4 is refusing to let me play, claiming I'm out of free game credits and don't have enough Wild Coins. It costs 6 coins to play and I have 60 but it refuses to see/acknowldege them.
