i keep seeing the term "free upgrade available" at the beginning play page of some games but can not find any more information as to where these upgrades can be found. can anyone help?

I have to agree with you too Welshdragon, I sometimes see this when I use the Game Console to play a game. But I usually see this for just a second while it loads; otherwise I see this occasionally.
